Welcome to Etobicoke’s newest pastry shop – Lale Bakery & Caffe.

Conveniently located at 3665 Lake Shore Blvd West, Etobicoke, Ontario, we serve slices of only the most delicious and gourmet fresh cakes and individual pastries, made daily by our master pastry chef, with only the most natural ingredients.

Vlade, known amongst his friends, family and colleagues as “Lale”, is a world-renowned, Swiss trained pasty chef and master choclatier with over 30-years of experience.

GOURMET CAKES & DECADENT PASTRIES

Dobos
Layered fresh sponge, with buttercream chocolate and topped with caramel.
French Mocha
Coffee flavoured cream and decadent chocolate sponge in a masterful arrangement.
Dome
Buttercream, hazelnut, lemon and a choice of regular or royal mocha.
Apple or Plum Tart
Flaky pie crust filled with pastry cream and topped with fresh apples or plums.
St. Honoree
Puff pastry and cream puffs, dipped in caramelized sugar and extra fluffy whipped cream.
Cheesecake
Baked cream cheese with choice of strawberries or raspberries.
Black Forest
Layered whipped cream, sponge and fresh cherries, topped with cream and chocolate shavings.

Tiramisu
Ladyfingers dipped in coffee, with whipped eggs, sugar, mascarpone cheese and cocoa powder.
Reform
Chocolate filling with moist sponge and fresh California walnuts.
Strawberry Romanoff
Delicious blend of strawberry and whipped cream with layers of sponge as separators.
Opera
Almond sponge cake soaked in coffee syrup and layered with ganache buttercream.
German Chocolate
Chocolate sponge mixed in ganach and chocolate glaze, make this delicious arrangement.
Sacher
Semi-sweet chocolate, rum flavour and apricot preserves make a delicious combination.
Fruit Flan
Flaky pie crust with pastry cream and topped with fresh diced fruit.
